Disability Representation in the Media
An entertainment correspondent segment featured in a half hour capstone news show centered on diversity. It begins to explore the misrepresentation and tropes disabled bodies are displayed as in the Hollywood industry that celebrates able-bodied actors playing disabled roles. Also looking forward to the authentic storytelling of disabled stories coming to the forefront like CODA.
